DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All purchases (other than special orders) are normally shipped within one business day after you've placed your order, and all shipments are insured.
We offer free shipping - USPS First Class (typically 1-5 business days, may be subject to delay).
USPS Priority (typically 2-3 business days, may be subject to delay) is $6 (we cover a portion of the cost).
FedEx 2-Day is $9.75 (FedEx One-Rate).
FedEx Overnight at their calculated rate.
The FedEx options are not available to P.O. Boxes. FedEx rates do not include Saturday delivery; Saturday delivery may be available at increased cost. Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery, or any other non-standard options.

If you have a known problem with package delivery to your address, please let us know before we ship. We will add a Signature Required upon delivery (at no extra charge to you) to make sure you get your package.
Please take note of the shipping notification and tracking email sent once your package is shipped. Please watch the tracking of your package. If tracking of your package indicates it was delivered but you did not receive it, please let us know immediately so that we can begin an investigation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are sorry, but we no longer ship internationally.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns on all items if unused and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (to protect the jewelry during shipment) within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. If you need more time just email us during the 15 day return period.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN PERIOD
Purchases from Nov 14th through Dec 25th, 2024 are eligible for return until January 8th, 2025.
FREE RETURNS:
In our efforts to make your Larimarket shopping experience the best that it can be, we offer free returns (U.S. only). We want you to love your selection and if you don't, we'll pay the return shipping.
Just complete the Return Request form at the bottom of this page.
We'll email you a return shipping label and instructions within one business day after you submit your request. You can return your purchase in the box it came in.
Please note that any items showing signs of damage, wear or alteration (including re-sizing) cannot, regrettably, be accepted for return and will be returned to you.
If your original purchase included a promotional item subject to minimum purchase requirements, e.g., a Gift with Purchase, the promotional item must also be returned (in new and unused condition) in order to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, the returned item will be eligible for store credit only. Alternatively, we can deduct the retail value of the gift-with-purchase, and refund the balance, if you prefer.
